I was looking forward to go abroad as an English teacher. Then
I saw that everywhere they asked for a TESOL certificate. On
searching the net I came across ATI, which offered the course
in kolkata. As kolkata was the suitable place for me so I came
up to ATI office & talked with the staff. Through the net I
also came to know that ATI has a good reputation in the world.
Then I chose ATI.
First of all I want to thank all the trainers for their
dedicated contribution. I would also like to thank all the
admin staff for their prompt service. Certainly, I would have
missed something, had I not come to kolkata for this course. I
really learnt a lot about teaching English language. I also
enjoyed the time with my peers. |

From what I read online, I figured out that ATI kolkata was
authentic for the purpose of training reception. Also, the
weightage of the certificate validity all over the world
propels my interest to travel and work abroad at the same

It was a very refreshing experience here in kolkata as I was

It was good as we could use the facilities available there,
even if we want we could stay back for extra time and finish

I chose ATI because duration of the course is shorter compared
to other institutes, the fees is reasonable. The reviews on
internet were good. Last but not least, one of the locations
of ATI is kolkata. This is my place of birth, although I never
lived here therefore I wanted to experience the city and learn
how to teach.
I was born in kolkata but never lived here so this was a good
opportunity to experience the city. In spite of poverty, dirt,
pollutions, I think this city is vivid and the safest city in
India. I am glad that I chose ATI. The course was well
coordinated, the contents were very good. For a future
teacher, after doing a course in ATI, I am sure there will be
no difficulty. I also learnt how to draw pictures. As the
worst artist on the earth this was really great. |

It had to do basically with internet marketing, which seemed
to function pretty well. While surfing on the web, I
frequently came across ATI, so I have decided to have a look
and I was interested in the possibility of teaching abroad or
getting the certificate and teach back home, since it’s a

I had a good experience regarding ATI, but not so good
regarding kolkata (one may be the problem was Garia) |

Because it was close to Bodhgaya and it was in India. An
overseas location. I wanted a TESOL certificate.. My choice
was based larger on closeness to Bodhgaya. I have to go there,
so it fit the travel plans
I am glad to have taken the course, but did find it hard. I
often had a hard time understanding the teachers, and found at
the beginning l would start a sentence and the teachers would
interrupt and finish the sentence. For me giving it a
different nearing than the one I intended. I did not like
kolkata as much as Bodhgaya. I did enjoy the students very
much and look forward to using what I have learned. I did like
the people near the guest house. |

Cheapest, happened to be in India, time when I happened to be
here.
Kochi sucks... City life pollution + traffic is not somewhere
we should be when trying to ease the mind. Teaching overseas
often means teaching in remote areas. Why not prepare our
minds for a future experience? Positive- ATI itself has been
great. Responded to all my emails quickly, answered all my
question, Staff have been fabulous, patient and approachable.
A good location with such amazing people would be ideal. Thank
you for an overall grand experience. I feel like e could not
have learnt the techniques without ATI. |

I was told that I had be give a placement, after the course. I had
set my heart on this happen, but now that I am here I have found
out that it is not possibility. That’s very disappointing. And I
am lucky I did not believe too strongly in what I was told, before
I came to do the course. It could have been a big problem. |
